this shot wasn't taken by me, but this is the gymnasium! went for ballet before that, but gym made me really pukey, coz haven't done forward roll and other gym stuff in a looooong time
and they teach in dutch, think the coach doesn't speak any english at all, so it's back to gesturing and the universal body language..
they had real athletes training there as well, and they are sooooo good.. saw someone jumping about on the trampoline and then flipping multiple times before landing on his feet.. too cool
i dunno if i will continue going for gym though
and back to ballet, the first lesson i went last week she made an effort to speak english but started talking in dutch after a while, but it's not so bad coz ballet terms are in french anyway, and it's follow-able, not like gym where she'll have to tell you how to correct youself (eg. tucking your head into your chin so you don't arch your back, so that you can balance on your hands.. that's what i gathered from what she was doing anywhere, and also from the few times i went for gym in sg)
spreung, (something), spitzz.. i think that means spring, and then you land with one leg sticking out and then go into cartwheel.. the spelling of that is of course suspect
